目的 针对 TRIZ 中冲突解决理论在产品造型设计中的应用进行研究。方法 以产品造型设计中的冲突为起点，将冲突解决理论中的工程参数和发明原理进行分类并重新定义。结论 提出基于冲突解决理论的产品造型设计方法。经实例验证，该方法能够有效解决产品造型设计中的冲突，使产品的外观造型和功能结构和谐统一，在提升用户体验的同时，提高产品设计人员的设计能力和效率。

It aims to research the application of conflict resolution theory of TRIZ in product design. Taking the conflict in product modeling design as the starting point, it reclassifies and redefines the engineering parameters and inventive principles of TRIZ. It proposes a process model of product design based on TRIZ conflict resolution theory. The examples show that the method can effectively solve the conflict in product design, and build the harmony between the product appearance, function and structure. In addition, it also could enhance the user experience, at the same time, and improve the designer’s capability and efficiency.
