摘要

目的 设计一款回收箱对快递包装进行自助回收,为当前快递业中存在的快递包装回收难以及污染浪费等问题提供一种解决方案。方法 以实际需求、产品特性和产品用途为基础,利用工业工程人机工程学中的设计要点、人体操作舒适度以及物流相关知识进行回收箱箱体的设计。结果 设计出一种新型、实用型校园快递包装回收箱,其由显示屏区、工具存放区、投放口区、碎纸工作区、拆包处理台这五大区域构成,整体尺寸为125 cm×90 cm×190 cm。结论 该快递包装回收箱与市场同类产品相比,更安全、方便、实用和智能化,符合校园快递包装回收的需求,能够解决校园快递包装造成的浪费问题,值得进行市场推广。

Abstract

The work aims to design a recycling box for the self-service recycling of express package, so as to provide a solution to the problems of difficult recycling of express package and the pollution and waste in the current express delivery industry. The design points of ergonomic engineering, operation comfort level for human body and logistics related knowledge in the ergonomics of industrial engineering were used to design the recycling box based on the actual demand, product characteristics and product use. A new and practical campus express package recycling box with an overall size of 125 cm×90 cm×190 cm was designed, which consisted of a display area, a tool storage area, a delivery area, a paper shredding area, and an unpacking platform. This express package recycling box which can meet the needs of campus express package recycling and solve the waste caused by campus express package is safer, more convenient, more practical and more intelligent than similar products in the market. It is worth for market promotion.
